Each customer is responsible for shipping cost, which is not included in each product cost.

When the shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost packages, nor lost packages with wrong shipping addresses.

If package is returned to us due to a wrong address, the client is responsible for the shipping cost.

If you want to cancel the order, it has to be during the first 24 hours. Once it is processed and sent, it can’t be cancelled.

We offer a 7 day window for returns/refunds.

All items being returned\refunded must meet the following conditions or they may be subject to denial and will be shipped back.

- Items must be unwashed, undried, and not trained in.
- Items must not have excessive wrinkling
- Items returned with detergent stains or strong odors will not be accepted.
- Shipping cost will apply
- Once we reviewed your return a check the product a refund will be disbursed to your original payment
- If you returning the entire order, the original shipping costs are not refunded
