Shipping Policy

Each customer is responsible of shipping cost which is not included in each product cost.

When the shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost packages, nor lost packages with wrong shipping addresses.

If package is returned to us due to a wrong address, the client is responsible for the shipping cost.

If you want to cancel the order, it has to be during the first 24 hours. Once it is processed and sent, it can’t be cancelled.
